Record sales in Spain.

The car company Volkswagen-Audi (VAESA), begins the year with extraordinary results, the company has closed the best balance of its history, with record sales in all its brands.

During 2007, sold 207,933 vehicles in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, an increase of 3.5% over the previous year. Brilliant results, bearing in mind that the overall market for passenger cars fell 1.2% in Spain.

The four brands that make up VAESA have improved their sales figures, repeating the successes of previous years. The Audi brand has grown from 8% to 57,510 units sold, stayed one more year as leader of the premium segment.

VAESA has also demonstrated an excellent track record of growth that has marked its evolution since its inception in 1993.

It is now established as the first automotive distributor in Spain.
